The Complexity Map
In situations in which traditional processes of the public service do not fit, we provide guidance and support to navigate through the wicked connections and interrelations. The public:START complexity map helps to capture the complex challenge in its entirety and provides steps towards potential next steps to manage the complex challenge that seemed unsolvable.
Het programma zal overheidsactoren in staat stellen complexe, multidimensionale uitdagingen (OECD) aan te pakken door ondernemerschapsvaardigheden (EntreComp) te bevorderen. Het programma zal worden ontwikkeld rond het concept van 'micro-leren', korte en beknopte 'leernuggets', die in multimediaformats worden aangeboden om een gemengde leeraanpak te bevorderen.
Publiek Ondernemerschap Digitaal Leerprogramma
De microleerelementen uit PR1 zullen worden ingebed in een gebruiksvriendelijke, gamified digitale visualisatie die het overheidspersoneel door het proces van ontwikkeling en implementatie van een innovatieve oplossing voor een complex probleem leidt. Het zal fungeren als checklist, gids en voortgangsverslag om de transparantiezekerheid voor het personeel te vergroten en verantwoordelijk toe te wijzen.

Het gewenste effect van dit project is het voeden van een nieuwe generatie van publieke ondernemers in heel Europa die het lesmateriaal implementeren en het Public:Start-instrument van dit project actief toepassen om te reageren op complexe sociaaleconomische uitdagingen door publieke innovatie te bevorderen.
